These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinoyz ("spinoyz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the spinoyz online gaming platform accessible at spinoyz.app and all associated services, games, features, and communications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any section of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the spinoyz Platform following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the spinoyz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and spinoyz.

To be eligible to register and use spinoyz, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of spinoyz, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

spinoyz reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify your age, identity, and eligibility. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by spinoyz may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

If spinoyz determines at any time that you were under 21 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent wager, spinoyz reserves the right to void all wagers placed, withhold all winnings, and close your account immediately. Any real-money deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the deposit source where technically and legally possible.

To access the full features of spinoyz — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in games — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited;
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account;
• Not use a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to misrepresent your geographic location at the time of registration or during use of the Platform.

spinoyz reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

Duplicate Accounts: Where spinoyz identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, spinoyz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate any bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned at spinoyz's discretion following satisfactory identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your spinoyz account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by spinoyz;
• Notify spinoyz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.

spinoyz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wager placed through your account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as a valid wager placed by you, unless spinoyz is notified of the compromise before the wager is settled.

spinoyz implements SSL encryption across the entire Platform and uses real-time fraud monitoring to detect suspicious activity. However, no system is entirely immune to unauthorised access, and you are encouraged to remain vigilant about your account security at all times.

The spinoyz Platform operates a PHP-native wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) with no currency conversion required. The following payment methods are accepted:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Banks: BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank
• Over-the-counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your spinoyz wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with GCash and PayMaya accepting a minimum of ₱100. spinoyz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). spinoyz may request valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts in good standing are processed to the player's registered payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Anti-Money Laundering: spinoyz complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Funds deposited into your spinoyz account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, nor withdraw funds to any payment method not registered in your name. spinoyz reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wager activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. spinoyz reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee in accordance with its then-current schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee.

spinoyz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before any withdrawal may be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, sports betting, and bingo may contribute different percentages toward the required turnover. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at a time. Activating a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: spinoyz reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Eligibility: spinoyz reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are available to players from the Philippines only unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

All games available on the spinoyz Platform — including slots, live casino table games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that game in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot and RNG-based table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. spinoyz does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time dealing under strict operational procedures. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, spinoyz will apply its fair game interruption policy, which may involve voiding the round and returning bets to the player's wallet.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. spinoyz reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, obvious pricing error, or where the event is declared void by the governing body.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a disputed game result or settlement, the player may contact spinoyz support within 72 hours of the disputed event. spinoyz's decision on game disputes is final and binding.
• Technical Malfunctions: spinoyz is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or interruptions to the Platform or internet service, provided that spinoyz takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the malfunction promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinoyz Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino table games and tournaments;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game or feature of the Platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, or instructing a payment provider to reverse a deposit after receiving bonus funds or placing wagers;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening spinoyz staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of a VPN or proxy service.

spinoyz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming on spinoyz is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity — not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all spinoyz players from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when a set amount of gaming time has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the spinoyz Platform — including but not limited to the spinoyz name, logo, brand marks, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of spinoyz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of spinoyz.

All game content available on the Platform is licensed to spinoyz by third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Your right to access such content is limited to gameplay through the spinoyz Platform and does not extend to any other use.

spinoyz collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on spinoyz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

spinoyz collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process your transactions, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the Platform. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by spinoyz, subject to any legal retention obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spinoyz, its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, game interruption, or Platform downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider;
• Decisions made by you to wager funds based on information presented on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

The spinoyz Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinoyz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. spinoyz's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinoyz account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinoyz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, spinoyz will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the spinoyz Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

spinoyz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, without prior notice, where spinoyz reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Registered while under 21 years of age;
• Operated multiple accounts on the Platform.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of voided bonus funds and any outstanding obligations owed by you to spinoyz) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or serious breach of these Terms may forfeit their entire balance.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting spinoyz support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification of your identity and settlement of any pending transactions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and spinoyz, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting spinoyz support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent spinoyz from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
